Meta-omics Portal for Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease

This portal integrates multi-cohort transcriptomic meta-analyses and genetic evidence for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). For any gene or pathway, it provides stage-resolved differential expression meta-analysis, gene/pathway–clinical correlation patterns, and complementary genetic evidence.

Fibrosis and MASLD progression are summarized using random-effects meta-analysis across multiple liver cohorts, visualized as study-level forest plots. Clinical radar panels quantify how genes and pathways correlate with metabolic and histological traits, while the genetics panel aggregates GWAS/TWAS/SMR/PWAS/PheWAS signals to help prioritize candidate genes for functional follow-up.
